Hello, my name is Edwin, manager of Blue Bay Capital. I believe I have developed a one-of-a-kind investment strategy for private lending-focused investors. Quarterly. Investing in a private fund? Quarterly. This is truly where those investors who are seeking true monthly passive income (no work required) look to private loans secured to real estate to answer their needs.

No. Does the capital partner need to have a career or background in finance, lending, or real estate? No. Can the capital partner invest with other sophisticated investors? Yes. While there are many questions from capital partners most of them are easily answered.
