Brokering Blue Bay Capital to your Real Estate Investor

Welcome to Blue Bay Capital! We are excited about the potential to work with you in the near future. We provide capital for mortgage brokers and correspondent lenders who are seeking local, Florida capital for their real estate investors. We can work with UNLICENSED brokers and lenders as well as licensed brokers and lenders. We have several key requirements for loan requests, and we want to make sure you are aware of them, before requesting onboarding to become a Blue Bay Capital Correspondent Lender. If your real estate investor loans do not meet these basic requirements then we will not be able to consider funding the loan.

  • The asset being collateralized MUST be a Florida property.

  • The Borrower MUST reside in the state of FL, and within a 50-mile proximity of the property(s)

  • The ONLY assets we will collateralize are; SFR (1-4 Units) MF (8 Units or less), Condos (no hi-rise), Townhouses, and SFR New Construction. * Loans for raw land are considered on a case-by-case basis, and for a specific strategy.

  • The Borrower MUST be an entity; LLC or Corporation. *Land Trusts may be considered, with explicit stipulations, primarily we are able to review the land trust in its entirety.

  • NO Owner/ Manager/ or Relative of the Owner or Manager of the entity may claim the asset as their personal residence or for personal use. This loan must qualify as a Business-2-Business loan, and MUST fall outside of Section 32, RESPA, and CFPB conformity rules.
