Assets we will collateralize are SFR (1-4 Units), Condos (no hi-rise), Townhouses, SFR New Construction, Modular Homes, and Raw Land
Purchase LTVs from 40 - 85% (loan program and investor experience dependent), Refinance LTVs from 50 - 75%, Max Loan-to-After Repair Value 70%;
100% construction financing available;
Closings in as little at 5 Business days (loan program dependent and Investors ability to provide our required conditions list documents);
